Dragon`s Inn Restaurant in Windsor

We called to place a large order for delivery and they were rushing to get off the phone mid order. We told them we weren't done and they let us finish. Once it arrived we noticed all the sauces were missing, they sent the wrong type of shrimp dish and they forgot to add extra toppings we paid for on another dish. We called to complain and they asked us if we paid cash and we said yes. Then they told us it was too bad and then proceeded to hang up the phone. We could not get through to anyone for the rest of the night. The food was nothing special, and definatley not worth the hassle. They are rude and have horrible customer service.Don't waste your time or money on this place.

Was craving the Spicy seafood and General Taos chiken went in first thing opened and was a regular customer for 9 years. Until one day first thing opening got smelly spicy seafood NOT Fresh and taos chikn n another combo dish.I had diaherra for 3 days from the seafood I was served at Dragons Inn.Please be careful!! These guys cut corners!

These people are so disrespectful and rude!! If I can put no star I would. Don't recommend anyone to eat there.

Best chinese in windsor so far but very high delivery charge

This Chinese restaurant is a home favorite. Everytime info visit Windsor Ontario, I have to make a stop at Dragons Inn.. I think they're one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever had. If you want any recommendations I suggest the C2 combo. Chicken Soo-guy with chicken fried rice or sub it out for a yang Chow fried rice. They stack it with lots of food. Always leaving me satisfied

The best Cantonese Chow Mein ever

Had the Cantonese lo mein. It was very delicious and a serving size to share. Tea and a wonton soul made for a great meal.

Love the combination dinner for 1. The crispy beef is so good. I had it twice. And the quantity is huge.

Wow, people there are so rude, they don’t even know how to proper serve people. My Chinese friends got treated badly but they smile at me all the time just because I’m white. Won’t recommend to eat here. Go there if you are really hungry af, but I gotta tell you there are more friendly restaurants around the place.

Great Asian food. Good prices. Absolutely the best crispy beef anywhere. Some complain about staff but they have always been good and courteous to me

Food was pretty good, I had the Fried Rice Noodle with Beef which tasted okay. Staff was kind of too busy but oh well food was fine so we were happy. Will go again !!!

I should've expected it. But New Years eve we were either sold food that was old and food that wasn't even properly cooked. Everything went into the garbage.

Never open when they say they are. Very frustrating and poor service. Their food is good which makes it even more frustrating.

I love dragon's inn; I have for years, and my most recent visit only helped that. The staff is great; funny and quick. Food is usually super fast and tastes awesome. The menu has a lot of traditional Chinese food on it along with some more western versions like chicken balls, etc. I go for the general taos chicken and the deep fried seafood everytime. And the spring rolls are sublime. Highly recommend.

The ladies are always making sure you're good. They're open after The bars close. We all know everyone needs those places. Good food, casual attire, and atmosphere . Take out or dine in, it's always a good decision.

This place is awesome! You really get the most for your money. For starters, the staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. I always have a lot of fun dinning in this restaurant because the server is always over the top friendly. She makes great suggestions and really wants you to enjoy the food. There is also plenty of vegetarian and even vegan options available. They make sure that your dietary restrictions are well taken care of and even give you substitutions to help make it what you want.The food is really flavourful as well. Not a bad thing to say about it. The portions are very large and shareable. This is a great place to bring large groups of people.The hours are great too because they are literally open all night long and the food is just as fresh in the afternoon as it is in the late hours of the night.Highly recommend this great spot!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Left me standing there for a full half hour while people came and went until I spoke up and found my order was sitting right on the counter for who knows how long. The guy filling the bags didn't care one bit about the obvious blunder. Last dime I ever spend there. I will be telling everyone I know about this incident.

Very mediocre, not somewhere I’ll go over and over again, so many flaws, we got recommended the chicken Tao, chicken was rubbery, go invest somewhere else like multi foods. Open late which is good.

Not a big fan of this place. The staff is not very friendly and the quality of the food is not the best. After years of experimenting with this place, would only recommend the soups (which are phenomenal btw) and only for take-outs. Very big portions of food though.

Worst food I have ever had in Windsor. People here are so rude. There is parking problem too in front of the restaurant. Please don’t visit them ever.

We now live out past Maidstone and every time we go to the states we make aure to stop here for take out. We have NEVER EVER had a bad meal from here! They literally have your food ready in under 15 min! And its ALWAYS delicious! Literally everyone we know loves dragons!!!! Best fried rice in town!

Great that they are opened so late. Prices have gone up but the portions are huge. Makes up for the lack of decor.

Best Chinese Food in the City. I'd recommend them

I have tried going to other Chinese restaurants in Windsor because they’re closer to my house but I’ve been dissatisfied. Dragon’s Inn is my absolute favorite place for Chinese food and I refuse to try anywhere else. Huge portion sizes and always delicious, plus you’ll pay about the same anywhere else for food that is less good in my opinion.

They were very rude toward me. I got in and they were looking at me like "you do not belong here". Didn't even showed the courtesy to ask me what am I gonna get. I was very hungry so I ordered anyway but the behavior was not nice and the food is mediocre. Never Going there again!!!

Great spot for Hong Kong style Cantonese food. Hits the spot. Reliable late night food till 4 AM!

There seem to be quite a lot of one star reviews of people who are furious for different reasons. Unlike some of those reviews, I've only had very pleasant conversation with the staff and have had absolutely no problem with parking. They have good tasting food with large portions for the price. My go to place whenever I'm jonesing for some Chinese food!

One of the best on the west end!

I've been coming to this restaurant for almost 15 years without any issue. A few weeks ago I ordered one of my favourite dishe's and confirmed the price over the phone. When i went to pick up the food, a lady I've not seen before quotes me a $1 higher price. That isn't that much, but judging from the faces of the people around her, they knew it was wrong. They started speaking in their language so I don't know what they said. Disgraceful.

15 years ago they used to have great food . Lots of people. Lately they seem to not care.The food is really bad now.

Delivery came fast and hot but food was sub par. It's been years since I ate at the Dragon's Inn and its way below expectations. Crispy Beef was chewy and geloten like with a generic sweet chicken ball sauce and no real spicy notes. The green beans looked like it's seen better days wrinkled and old, like this weeks leftovers reheated with a bunch of chopped garlic. If I had this in the restaurant I would have gotten up and left and never come back. Being hungry and at home I ate a few bites and threw out the rest. The Dragon is dead too me now.

Good food and waitress are funny and nice

First and definitely my last time coming here. Got the chicken wing combo and the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way through and the rice was dry.
